We ship from Peru to all over the world, including USA, Canada, Europe, Russia, Asia, Middle East, South Africa, Australia, New Zealand, etc.

– We ship twice weekly – every Tuesdays and Fridays.

– We offer 3 Types of Tracked Shipping service using:

1. Serpost Peru: Certified Tracked – cheap, but slower
2. Serpost Peru: EMS Tracked – more expensive, but faster
3. DHL Express – very expensive, but fastest option

You are responsible for being aware of any import Customs fees charged in your country, and for you to pay them.

*Certified Tracked = Approx. shipping time = 2-8 Weeks from Peru to North America and Europe.

*EMS Priority = Approx. shipping time = 1-3 Weeks from Peru to North America and Europe.

Please allow for extra 1-2 weeks for deliveries to Middle East, Asia, South Africa, Australia & New Zealand.

*DHL Express = Approx. shipping time = 3 days –  7 days from Peru to North America and Europe.

(Please note that above shipping times are rough estimates. There can be extra delays due to Customs checks, Postal delays or Postal Strikes. We are NOT responsible for any potential shipping delays).

After your full payment has been received and cleared, then we will be ready to package and ship out your order.

– After your package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking number. – If EMS Priority, you may use the same tracking number, and track using your country’s mail tracking system too.

*Please note that Serpost’s Tracking service for Certified Tracked has been very erratic lately. So, sometimes it gives the wrong info.
But DO NOT worry – packages still arrive fine to correct destination – even if tracking info online is incorrect.
This is beyond our control, as it’s system is owned by Serpost Peru.
