      1. Agreement

        – Your use of the information contained on ShamanicShop.com is subject to the full conditions below.

        – By visiting ShamanicShop.com, then you are accepting and agreeing to these conditions.

        – For clarification and your convenience, please make sure your read everything completely.

      2. Non-Returns Policy – All Sales are final 

        All online Sales once paid are final, non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

        – This is due to long international shipping times and high shipping costs from Peru.

        – We ship from Peru, which can take longer for shipping times, depending on which shipping service and rate that you pay for, and if any Customs delays from your country.

        – This applies to all purchases made on ShamanicShop.com, where this policy is automatically applied.

        – All information is provided by ShamanicShop.com to be accurate to the best of our ability, and all our products are of the best possible quality.

        – If the customer changes their mind, after the payment has been made and paid, then ShamanicShop.com has no liability. It will definitely not be possible to make any changes, exchanges, returns or refunds, especially as your package is already en-route with international postal transit.

        – It is your responsibility to be aware of any Import tax duties in your country. You are responsible for paying any import taxes, and ShamanicShop.com are not liable.

        – If your package is refused by your country for non-payment of VAT, duties, taxes or fees, then we will only refund the items that are returned to us in salable condition, excluding shipping costs.

      3. Replacement Policy – Damaged or Defective Products

        – Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery.

        – In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective products, or incorrect or missing items, then you have maximum 1 week on receipt of delivery – to inform us by email, plus send us proof with photo: support@ShamanicShop.com

        – If you email us, after 1 week of receipt of delivery – any replacement requests, exchanges, credit note, or refunds – they will be NOT be allowed, and not considered.

        – We will ensure that products are sent in excellent condition, but in very rare instances that products can be accidentally damaged by international Postal services, or Customs inspections.

        – We are not liable for any damages caused by international shipping services or Customs, so we will contact the shipping provider  and request a reclamation on your behalf.

        – Any products which have already been used are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable, as they are not fit for re-sale.

        – However, we will do our best to find the best possible resolution for all parties involved.

        – ShamanicShop.com hold the right not to replace products due to: used products, government customs, government seizure, damage, misuse, lack of customer care for product, abusive client emails or messages, or any other reason.

        – ShamanicShop.com reserves the right to offer replacements or refunds under very extreme and extenuating circumstances on specific orders, but not shipping costs. However, all items need to be unused, not mis-used, not badly maintained, and re-salable condition.

      4. Laws and Import Taxes

        You have a responsibility to make sure that the products offered by ShamanicShop.com are allowed by Customs and completely legal in your own country.

        – The Use of ShamanicShop.com is at the customer’s own risk, authority and responsibility.

        – ShamanicShop.com are not responsible or liable for paying any of your import taxes.

        – It is the Customer’s responsibility to be aware and pay any local import taxes, which are applied by their country’s tax department – from ordering imported products from abroad.

        – ShamanicShop.com have are only responsible for paying the export taxes from originating shipping country.

        – Serpost has 2 different tracked services – EMS, which is faster and more expensive. Or, Certified tracked, which is slower and also tracked.

        Here are the approx Serpost’s Shipping estimates:

        Serpost EMS = Approx 1-3 weeks from Peru to USA, Canada, Europe, or Latin America. Also, please allow for extra 1-2 weeks for Middle East, Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

        Serpost Certified Tracked = Approx 2-4 weeks from Peru to USA, Canada, Europe, or Latin America. Also, please allow for extra 1-2 weeks for Middle East, Asia, Africa, Australia and New Zealand.

        – It is impossible for us to give you exact ETA for delivery of international packages, as it’s possible your package may delayed by your Country’s Customs, which is beyond our control.

        – Customer holds harmless and indemnifies ShamanicShop.com, its agents, affiliates, partners, employees, founders and owners of any liability arising from any delays receiving their order.

        – All orders are departing from Peru, and ShamanicShop.com uses a shipping calculator that can give the customer an approximation of normal delivery time.

        – The customer acknowledges that there is a possibility that their order may be opened, and inspected by local authorities, customs, health regulators, etc. Thus, it may result in the delay receiving your order. ShamanicShop.com has no liability arising from any delays receiving their order.

      5. Shipment Tracking

        – After we have received full payment for your order, then order will be shipped.

        – All shipped orders are sent with tracking number, which will be emailed to you, and will require a signature on delivery.

        –  If the order was not deliverable, then all packages will be returned to ShamanicShop.com

        – All orders are shipped promptly and securely with signature confirmation, so we make every effort that you receive your order as safely and quickly.

        – After package is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number and tracking website link.

      6. Undelivered Packages

        – If your package is undelivered due to incorrect or insufficient shipping address, or non-delivery because no-one present to sign at shipping address. Then, it may be returned to us in Peru by international postal services.

        – ShamanicShop.com will charge the customer additional shipping costs, if your order has been returned to us, and needs to be re-shipped again.

      7. Lost or Missing Packages

        – In the very unlikely event, where your package is lost or missing with international shipping services, then we will start an investigation, and request a reclamation with your chosen shipping service company.

        – We will do our best to find the best possible resolution for all parties involved.

        – Many products are handmade and natural materials, so may be damaged, not re-salable, or unfit to be restocked, then we do not refund or exchange any returned under these circumstances.

      8. Refusal of Service

        – We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

        – We do not accept any abusive emails, messages, or phone calls, so we reserve the right to delete your User Account, block your email, and fully refuse service, if any abusive behavior whatsoever is reported.

      9. Age – Minimum 18 years old

        – To successfully place an order with ShamanicShop.com, you are agreeing that you are above the age of 18, and that you are at the legal age for your country to conduct such online transactions.

        – Every order submitted will be considered that the customer is of legal age for their country and are in compliance with the law.

      10. User Account

        – Having correct data is very important in shipping your order on time.

        – When you create an account, please complete it with your full legal name. If you have an alias, spiritual name, nickname or some other name you are called by, please indicate this in an email, but please use your legal name when placing your order.

      11. Modification to Service and Prices

        – Prices for our products are subject to change without prior notice.

        – We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue our Service without notice at any time.

        We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of Service.

      12. Product Purpose

        – All products sold by ShamanicShop.com are not for human consumption, cosmetic use, treatments, or cures.

        – Our products are for cultural, historic, botanical and scientific interest, which are delivered with no expressed or implied warranties or guarantees on quality, viability, potency, and effectiveness for any general or specific use or application.

        – Customer holds harmless and indemnifies ShamanicShop.com, its agents, affiliates, partners, employees, founders and owners of any liability arising from use or application of any products or information provided by ShamanicShop.com.

      13. Product Care

        – Our products are for cultural, historic, scientific interest and are delivered with no expressed or implied warranties or guarantees on quality, viability, potency, and effectiveness for any general or specific use or application.

        – We offer the best quality products available by handmade providers and local suppliers.

        – Many products are handmade from natural materials, which will have natural variations due to nature and climates – alpaca, sheep wool, stones, crystals, bamboo, woods, etc.

        – Some products may require special care instructions, such as Alpaca fiber, so please follow carefully any specific hand-washing and air-drying instructions provided.

        – It’s your responsibility to take care of each product well, as their usage will be prolonged.

        – We not accept any responsibility or liability for your poor care, or bad maintenance of any products.

      14. Handmade Products

        – Some products offered by ShamanicShop.com can be handmade with natural products, so therefore may vary slightly from batch to batch. Each order may be slightly different.

        – Some products are uniquely handmade, so each individual one may vary slightly from ShamanicShop.com’s website photos – shapes, sizes, weights, colors, materials, patterns and designs.

      15. Copyright

        – All content including images, media and content are under copyright.

        – Redistribution, re-transmission, republication, for private or commercial use is expressly prohibited without the consent of ShamanicShop.com’s owners. ShamanicShop.com reserves all rights.

      16. Limited Liability

        – Customer holds harmless and indemnifies ShamanicShop.com, it’s agents, affiliates, partners, employees, founders and owners implicitly & explicitly of any liability arising from damages and/or injuries arising from information, products, comments, blogs, or any other medium or transmission that it may imply.

      17. Information

        – Information intentionally or unintentionally expressed by ShamanicShop.com by its agents, affiliates, partners, employees, founders and owners by phone, e-mail, chat, or other forms of communications including, back-links, cross-links, press-releases, advertisements, articles, comments, blogs, newspapers, television and radio – it is for educational, scientific and historical purposes only.

        – Communication or information received should never be interpreted as a general or specific recommendation, diagnosis, treatment, healing, or a cure.
