Refund Policy

  1. Non-Returns Policy – All Sales are final 
    All online Sales once paid are final, non-refundable, non-returnable and non-exchangeable.
    – This is due to long international shipping times and high shipping costs from Peru.
    – We ship from Peru, which can take longer for shipping times, depending on which shipping service and rate that you pay for, and if any Customs delays from your country.
    – This applies to all purchases made on ShamanicShop.com, where this policy is automatically applied.
    – All information is provided by ShamanicShop.com to be accurate to the best of our ability, and all our products are of the best possible quality.
    – If the customer changes their mind, after the payment has been made and paid, then ShamanicShop.com has no liability. It will definitely not be possible to make any changes, exchanges, returns or refunds, especially as your package is already en-route with international postal transit.
    – It is your responsibility to be aware of any Import tax duties in your country. You are responsible for paying any import taxes, and ShamanicShop.com are not liable.
    – If your package is refused by your country for non-payment of VAT, duties, taxes or fees, then we will only refund the items that are returned to us in salable condition, excluding shipping costs.

  2. Replacement Policy – Damaged or Defective Products
    – Please carefully inspect your order upon delivery.
    – In the unlikely event that you receive damaged or defective products, or incorrect or missing items, then you have maximum 1 week on receipt of delivery – to inform us by email, plus send us proof with photo: support@shamanicshop.com
    – If you email us, after 1 week of receipt of delivery – any replacement requests, exchanges, credit note, or refunds – they will be NOT be allowed, and not considered.
    – We will ensure that products are sent in excellent condition, but in very rare instances that products can be accidentally damaged by international Postal services, or Customs inspections.
    – We are not liable for any damages caused by international shipping services or Customs, so we will contact the shipping provider  and request a reclamation on your behalf.
    – Any products which have already been used are not refundable, returnable or exchangeable, as they are not fit for re-sale.
    – However, we will do our best to find the best possible resolution for all parties involved.
    – ShamanicShop.com hold the right not to replace products due to: used products, government customs, government seizure, damage, misuse, lack of customer care for product, abusive client emails or messages, or any other reason.
    – ShamanicShop.com reserves the right to offer replacements or refunds under very extreme and extenuating circumstances on specific orders, but not shipping costs. However, all items need to be unused, not mis-used, not badly maintained, and re-salable condition.

  3. Undelivered Packages
    – If your package is undelivered due to incorrect or insufficient shipping address, or non-delivery because no-one present to sign at shipping address. Then, it may be returned to us in Peru by international postal services.
    – ShamanicShop.com will charge the customer additional shipping costs, if your order has been returned us, and needs to be re-shipped again.

  4. Lost or Missing Packages
    – In the very unlikely event, where your package is lost or missing with international shipping services, then we will start an investigation, and request a reclamation with your chosen shipping service company.
    – We will do our best to find the best possible resolution for all parties involved.
    – Many products are handmade and natural materials, so may be damaged, not re-salable, or unfit to be restocked, then we do not refund or exchange any returned under these circumstances.

  5. Refusal of Service
    – We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
    – We do not accept any abusive emails, messages, or phone calls, so we reserve the right to delete your User Account, block your email, and fully refuse service, if any abusive behavior whatsoever is reported.
